Serenaissance was born from my true desire to see you navigate each step of the great journey into the world of parenthood in serenity.

Mother, hypnotherapist & yoga-doula, I describe myself as a holistic full-spectrum doula. 
Doula because I offer emotional, physical and educational support to future and young parents in addition to that of the medical support of your choice. 
Holistic because I believe that one type of tool is not enough to become parents. I offer diverse and evidence-based information, care, tools and practices that can (re)activate your own resources at different levels for an empowering experience. 
Full-spectrum because I can be present at a specific moment of your journey or all the way from pre-conception to the post-natal period, and regardless of the path.
